4. Information We Monitor (Competitor Data)
As part of providing our service, we collect publicly available information about the competitors you specify. This includes information from public websites, social media profiles, job boards, review sites, and other publicly accessible sources. We do not access password-protected content, private APIs, authenticated sessions, or any data that requires login credentials to access.

Our website uses minimal tracking. We use Stripe's session cookie for payment processing. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We may add analytics in the future and will update this policy accordingly.
9. AI and Service Providers
Ryearc may use AI model providers, infrastructure providers, logging tools, and automation systems to generate Reports and operate the service. We use commercially reasonable efforts to avoid sending unnecessary personal information to service providers and to configure providers consistently with customer confidentiality. We do not intentionally use customer configuration data or Reports to train public AI models.
10. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption for data in transit and access controls for data at rest. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify you promptly of any breach that affects your personal data.
11. Children's Privacy
